We didn't dream this up. A developer asked us for it.

A real NCR developer had inventory to move and the exact problem in this deck. We built Vistaar for them — and it's live and in daily use running their broker network right now.

A validated problem, a working product, a real network already on it. Now we're opening it to a handful of other developers.

Is this safe, compliant, and better than what I do now?

Isn't this just an MLM scheme?

No. Brokers pay nothing to join, overrides are funded from your own sales-commission pool, and every rupee traces to a real closed sale — never to recruitment. It's a channel-partner override structure, the same way insurance and mutual-fund distribution legally works.

Won't loose brokers misrepresent my project?

Brokers sell from your approved catalogue and collateral, with controlled access. You set what they can share, and RERA-registered agents keep the network accountable.

How is this better than my channel partners?

You keep the lead and the customer data. You reach the long tail of individual agents a big partner ignores. And your blended cost is lower because you pay commission, not a fixed 2–5% shelf fee.
